Costa Divina is a premier real estate development located in Puerto Peñasco, Mexico, and is part of the Iberdrola family's real estate division. These luxury villas offer residences in a mixed-use environment featuring a golf club, a lagoon, and pristine beaches along the Sea of Cortez.
Since 2021, we have maintained a highly successful relationship, during which we have had the opportunity to develop the digital promotion strategy for the project. We implemented social media communication, designed the website, and executed targeted campaigns across Google Ads and Facebook Ads. This approach has delivered excellent results in generating demand from the target audience—primarily buyers from Arizona and California—who have demonstrated a clear interest and high intent to acquire property in this exclusive location. All communication for this project is developed entirely in English.
